Please read and accept the following terms before proceeding with your booking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING AND TICKET ISSUANCE
1. Non-Transferability of Ticket Tickets are non-transferable and shall be used only by the passenger whose name appears on the ticket. A valid government-issued ID must be presented during check-in. Failure to present a valid ID may result in denial of boarding.
2. Validity of Ticket Tickets are valid only for the voyage, date, and accommodation indicated therein. Unused tickets may only be refunded in accordance with the Company’s refund policy.
3. Check-In Requirement Passengers must check in at least two (2) hours before departure time. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking of passengers who fail to check in at least thirty (30) minutes before departure and may assign the accommodation to another passenger.
4. Refund and Rebooking Policy
a. Passengers requesting voluntary refund of tickets prior to vessel departure shall be subject to a ten percent (10%) deduction from the total fare paid. Refund requests must be processed online through the official booking platform at least six (6) hours before the scheduled departure time.
b. Rebooking of tickets before departure is not allowed. Passengers who wish to change their travel schedule must request for refund subject to applicable deductions and company policies.
c. Once the vessel has departed, tickets shall be considered automatically forfeited. No refund and no rebooking shall be allowed after vessel departure.
d. Once the passenger has boarded the vessel, the ticket shall be deemed used and strictly non-refundable.
e. In cases of vessel cancellation due to weather disturbances, government restrictions, mechanical breakdown, or causes beyond the control of the Carrier, passengers may request a full refund without deduction or use the ticket for the next available trip, subject to availability.
5. Passenger Conduct Passengers are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the Carrier concerning safety, sanitation, peace, and order while on board the vessel.
6. Baggage Allowance Passengers are allowed baggage within the Company’s prescribed limits. Excess baggage shall be treated as cargo and charged accordingly. The Carrier shall not be liable for loss of money, jewelry, gadgets, documents, or other valuable items not declared as cargo.
7. Right to Refuse Boarding The Carrier reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who: * pose a threat to safety, security, or health; * are under the influence of prohibited substances; * present fraudulent or invalid documents or payments; or * fail to comply with company policies.
8. Medical and Special Conditions Sick passengers may be required to present a medical certificate proving fitness to travel. Pregnant passengers beyond seven (7) months or twenty-nine (29) weeks may be denied boarding for safety reasons.
9. Lost or Damaged Tickets Lost, tampered, or mutilated tickets beyond recognition shall not be replaced and may require the purchase of a new ticket.
10. Schedule Changes and Trip Cancellation Sailing schedules may change without prior notice due to weather conditions, port advisories, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Carrier’s control. The Carrier reserves the right to cancel, delay, or substitute vessels when necessary.
11. Force Majeure The Carrier shall not be responsible for missed connecting trips, accommodations, or other expenses resulting from delayed or canceled sailings.
12. Unauthorized Alteration Any unauthorized alteration, duplication, or tampering of the ticket shall render it null and void.
13. Jurisdiction Any legal action arising from this contract of carriage shall be filed exclusively before the proper courts of Zamboanga City, Philippines. 14. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using the ticket, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
